Job Description
Job responsibilities:
To lead and coach a team of sales representatives, enabling them to exceed their quotas consistently (sales of commercial vehicles)
To run weekly 1-on-1s with each direct report to help them overcome roadblocks and chart their long-term career growth
To monitor team KPIs and proactively identify the action that your team members can take to improve each month
Provide encouragement to team members, include communicating team goals and identify area for new training and skill checks
To foster a transparent, inclusive and achievement-oriented team culture
Responsible to drive and send the Sales Engineers to their appointment

Job Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience managing a team and, in a quota carrying sales position
Demonstrate a track record of over achievement against individual and team quotas
Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate behaviour change
Possess at least Class 3 license
Own vehicle
Additional Information
Monthly Basic + Sales Leaders Commission + fixed allowances
