Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Candidate needs to have good knowledge on vehicle parts and their pricing.
Oversee and manage Parts Centre operations efficiently and productively.
Develop and follow standardized procedures and processes for internal staff and customers.
Manage all purchase orders and resolve any discrepancy for all purchase orders.
Ensure profitability and cost management by tracking sales numbers, profit and loss.
Determine sales objectives, plans and targets.
Ensure Parts Centre facilities are well-maintained meeting WHS requirements.
Set prices and discount levels and plan promotions to increase competitiveness.
Identify prospects for volume sales, such as fleet operators or independent service and repair centres.
Inventory Keeping.
Identify and evaluate suppliers who can offer replacement parts that match the quality of the originals.
Responsible for maintaining and organizing the storage and distribution of spare parts.
Maintain proper tagging and documentation of each item at designated storage location.
Customer handling experience.
Responsible for the Parts Centre Customer Service Index level.
Enhance service centre operation to create a good customer journey Responsible for the Parts Centre Customer Service Index level to create a good customer journey experience.
Monitor current customer base and maintain regular contact with major customers to build loyalty and ensure long-term revenue.
Follows up with any clients to make sure that they are satisfied with product.
If required, explain technical product or service information to customers.
Arrange pick-up and delivery of parts.
Warranty Process handling
Oversee all return and warranty processes for parts.
Liaise with all workshops for return and warranty parts.
Process all warranty claims with customer experience and part returns to Mobis.
Record keeping
Maintain accurate records of parts replaced under warranty and details of faulty parts.
Record all sales and/or customer transactions, incoming and outgoing parts records.
Retail sales counter
Operating a retail sales counter for walk-in customers
Responsible in merchandising displays to ensure maximum sales and customer satisfaction.
Follows prescribed cash, credit, and check processing procedures.
Performs routine housekeeping tasks
Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in his/her job description.

Requirements:
Experience in inventory/store management/bookkeeping in auto part sales environment will be an advantage.
Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management
Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom environment
Communication and basic computer skills
Being a team player with positive attitude
Good in problem solving and analytical skills
