Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Providing support to the Accounts Department
Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivables’ data
Generating invoices, bank deposits and official receipt
Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
Post transactions to journal, ledgers, and other records
Maintaining accounts receivable file and records
Assist with month-end closing
Deposit Cheque(s).
Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries from customer
Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/ACCA or its equivalent.
Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
High degree of accuracy and attention to details.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software.
Meticulous, accurate and possesses positive disposition.
Good with numbers and figures with an analytical acumen.
