Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate all import and export shipping matters (Air or Sea mode)
Ensure timely billing and Job Costing
Careful and responsible with a sense of punctuality.
Co-ordinate between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
Preparation of documents for Import / Export / Transhipments / D / O release
Liaise with Customer, Vendors and Overseas Counterpart
Any other task assigns by the management

Requirement:
Good Knowledge of Customs and Shipping Documentation (AIR/SEA)
Job closing (Invoicing, costing etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Good with Office filing system
