Job Description:
$4000 + Completion Bonus
5 day week, Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 6pm
Gov Project / Healthcare Industry
Responsibilities:
Provide applications troubleshooting and on-site support to users.
Log, escalate and follow through with issues raised by users.
Support in the testing and installation of new applications and enhancement patches.
Conduct training for users on the use of the applications.
Perform regular maintenance checks on the applications.
Provide information to users on the progress of outstanding support tickets
Requirements:
Diploma in IT with minimum 2 years of 1st level of application support experience.
Excellence communication and interpersonal skills
Able to perform 24/7 standby
