Job Description:
– Analyze current market trends and anticipate future business needs to build a comprehensive sourcing strategy that uses a wide scope of sourcing tools to proactively build candidate pipelines
– Successfully conduct search assignments for associate to vice president-level roles in a systematic and comprehensive manner
– Use search methodologies to identify, attract, and hire talent
– Develop selection processes including selection criteria, interview process flow, and selling strategies to ensure the selection and hiring of the best candidate for all openings
– Consult with hiring managers and interview panels about talent acquisition strategies and tactics, legal requirements. and appropriate candidate management techniques
– Create the optimal candidate experience by identifying the key decision levers, developing a sell strategy, and creating candidate experiences and offers that successfully close the hire
Requirements:
• Diploma
• Recruitment experience either in house or agency (4-5 years exp)
• Good communication skills
