Job Description:
Temp Customer Service Assistant
Location: West
Duration: 3 months
Working hour: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5.30pm
Salary: Up to S.1.800
Job scope:
• Maintain good relations and management of customer database
• Processing and data entry of delivery orders
• Handling incoming calls and emails from customer with regards to service issues and enquiries
• Prepare sales forecast and develop sales plans
• Follow up on orders ensuing that products are shipped and delivered on promised dates
• Liaise with customer for shipment pre-alert and shipping details and prepare shipment plan
• Coordinate with internal logistics, sales team and account receivables team to process customer order: from sales order receipts through to invoicing and payment and handled defect replacement
• Processing and data entry of delivery orders
• Prepare customer service reports for management
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in any field
• 2 years working experiences in manufacturing environment
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin (as need to liaise with mandarin speaking customers)
