Job Description:
• Supervise and oversee all HR matters
• Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks/projects
• Manage and ensure HR’s operation and implement the organization’s HR strategy and policy.
• Evaluate and measure effectiveness of HR programs and goals to ensure meeting of stated objectives.
• Recruitment – ensure that HR requirements are met.
• Manage centralized payroll for the company.
• Oversee the performance appraisal process of all staff
• Manage employee relations and grievance management.
• Ensure that employment practices, compensation. benefits and human resource programs comply with Company policies and labour laws.
• Responsible for effectiveness in the delivery of HR services to employees, ensuring healthy and harmonious employee-employer relations.
• Provide coaching and counselling to staff and line managers as and when required
Requirements:
• Bachelor in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Supervisory experience
• Resourceful and able to work independently
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interact with stakeholders of all levels. internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner
