Job Description:
– Provide support to customer’s hardware and software issues via email, phone or onsite.
– Conduct desktop/laptop installation based on customer’s requirements/specifications.
– Perform diagnosis and repairs of hardware and software and ensure that they are systems are working well
– Troubleshooting on network connections, printers, etc
– Work closely with manager to ensure that all IT log cases are resolved within SLA
– Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned
