Job Description:

Responsibilities:
– Handle and manage the full spectrum of HR & Admin functions
– Plan and develop the HR strategies align with the corporate values
– Liaise with line manager on their recruitment needs, employee performance and review.
– Handling all the compensation and benefits related matters.
– Main point of contact for any employee relations including grievances and discipline.
– Generate monthly, quarterly and yearly reports
– Participate in initiatives that focus on process improvement and global standardization
– Ensure compliance with labor regulations
– Any other ad-hoc projects assigned.

Requirements:
– Min Diploma / Degree in HR/Business or related discipline
– Min 5 year of relevant experience
– Able to work independently.
– Proficient in MS Office
– Good team player and abie to interact with people from ail levels
