Job Description:
• Day to day management
• Assist in establishing of policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance from staff to deliver high quality test results
• Supervising of the Lab Technicians
• Technical expertise in internal and external quality control programs
• Preparation of the laboratory for audits, licensing and regulatory duties
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements:
• At least a PhD in Biology, Molecular Biology, Life Science or a, relevant field
• Experience in Genetics or Genomics will be an advantage
• Experience in Licensing or Accreditation will be an advantage
• Independent, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills and good problem solving skills
