Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. Support traders in daily sales operations and administrative roles
2. Checking of invoices and liaising with Accounts Department
3. Creation of order confirmations and purchase orders
4. Preparation of data/reports for Traders
5. Update and record daily oil prices
6. Data entry into Accounting software and internal records
7. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
– Minimum Diploma and 1 year of working experience in an office environment
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
– Meticulous and is a fast, keen learner
– Candidates with prior experience of working in an oil/gas company preferred
