Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Issuance and management of the contracts, internal reports, balance statement and other documents for internal control.
• Checking and maintaining the accuracy of the above-mentioned documents.
• Handling the necessary communications and documentations with the related parties
• Input and managing data of trade contracts (Sales. purchase and market deal) in the system.
• Sales and shipping coordination with operations. shipping carriers.
• Managing order processing, arranging shipment and documentary.
• Managing and checking payment application and accrual.
• Handling customer inquiries claims and supplier management. • Documentation of making and/or managing sales contract. shipping invoice.
• Issuance and checking quotation and invoice.
• Following up on outstanding contracts.
• Managing stock status and AP/AR status.
• Managing regular internal report (Operational and Financial).
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in business or related fields
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in supplier and customer management
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
