Job Description:
Accounts Assistant (cover maternity)
Duration: 3 Dec 2019 to 28 Feb 2020
Up $2,200 per month
Roles and Responsibilities:
Day to day administrative operations and general accounting duties such as transactions relating to accounts receivables or account payable functions including processing receipts from customers and payments to suppliers. Depend on intem capabilities and interest. may assist on other job scopes within Accounts for a wider exposure.
Accounts Payable:
• Processing supplier payments and employee expenses claims
• Handling enquiries on suppliers’ invokes and payments
• Data entry of supplier invoices
• Assist in managing phone calls
• Maintaining proper filing of transaction documents
• Update daily cash flow in cashbook spreadsheet
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation Accounts Receivable
• Data entry of receipts from customers’ payment
• Regular monitoring of accounts receivables
• Follow up with customer for due payments
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Able to commit 3 months (3 Dec 2019 to 28 Feb 2020 • Students undergoing studies in accounting course are welcome to apply
