Job Description
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Admin Specialist in Sales Finance.
Job Scope:
Administration support to Division consisting of 8 people
Division/department budget and payment management
Create/review/adjust department budget, follow guideline,
Manage expense payment process (via accounting system)
Time recording management
Create/improve time recording sheet and follow up Deliverables control
Gather/manage deliverables
Support organize meetings, manage meeting schedule/materials/minutes and maintain governance calendar
Overall department admin
Business trip arrangements
Other department admin supports and supporting team members

Requirement:
Degree in Business or Economics or Finance with at least 1 Year working experience in Administration.
Computer knowledge in excel, power-point
