Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Assist in providing and maintaining a high standard of nursing care to patients/residents.
Support Registered Nurses in carrying out treatment plans and performing nursing procedures.
Monitor patients’/residents’ conditions and report significant changes promptly.
Assist in infection control, safety, and hygiene practices within the ward/unit.
Requirements
NITEC in Nursing from a recognised institution.
Enrolled with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and possess a valid Practising Certificate.
Compassionate, responsible, and a good team player.
Able to work shifts
