Job Responsibilities:
1)Business content?
Prepare and dissemination of audit Implementation notification document
Preparation of audit schedule
Making and summarize of audit report
Reception and confirmation of improvement plans
Reception and confirmation of follow-up inspection results
Progress management until completion of improvement
Prepare of materials related to audit results and various meetings

2)Business with partner auditing firms
Audit schedule adjustment
Collection of Necessary information (Example: Tax, accounting regulations)
3)Other miscellaneous tasks
Air tickets, railway tickets, accommodations, visa arrangements
Arrangements for purchasing books and consumables
Gathering and analytical of data using information-analysis tools (Tableau)
4)Contents of business trips
Intra-regional business trips
Business trips outside the region (including training at Japan headquarters)

Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma holder
PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Have a positive attitude towards challenges, self-motivated and able to work independently
Able to work well in a team and with people of different cultures
