Job Description
Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Human Resource And Admin Executive.

Job Scope:
Ensure all Manpower Requisitions are duly completed with necessary approvals prior to initiating any recruitment process.
Assist in the drafting of job advertisements for vacancies, screening applications, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Assist in reviewing recruitment requests to ensure all recruitment are approved and in line with organisation’s requirements.
Shortlisting and reviewing of recruitment agencies/ head-hunters and explore different recruitment methods to achieve recruitment goals for the Company.
To conduct Exit interview and resignees’ clearance. Analyse and initiate necessary corrective/ preventive actions (if any) to prevent/ minimize any recurrences.
Identify training and development opportunities.
Organize staff training sessions, workshops and activities.
Conduct new employee orientations and arrange group induction.
Assist in the registration/ coordination of courses (Individual/company-wide trainings), follow up with training evaluations for employees and ensuring payments to training providers are made promptly.
Maintain & update all annual related medical tests such as Annual Audio Metric test, colour vision test, offshore safety test, General officer certificate & all other related or necessary tests required for our industry.
Apply relevant Government grants as appropriate (ie SDF Funding)
Other ah hoc duties consisting of performance review, compensation and benefits and HR operation

Requirement:
Diploma/ Degree in any discipline
Confident to work and communicate with all levels of personnel, from entry level to top management
