Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of IT Support Coordinator.
Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them.
Install and configure computer operating systems and applications.(Including set up new users’ accounts and profiles and deal with password issues)
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Provide first level support to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.Provide assistance and resolve issues, troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone.
Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports. Create documentation such as FAQs,
Best Practice guidelines, Internal Tips & Tricks and Knowledge Base documents.
Support the roll-out of new applications (if any)
Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions made and actions taken, through to final resolution.
Budgeting and execution of various IT strategy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and Customer Service skills.
Ability to work, prioritize and make decisions independently in a fast-paced production environment
