Job Responsibilities:
– Provide administrative support and documentation to Finance Team
– Tally invoices to receipts
– Communicate with salesman if there is any discrepancies on invoices
– Filing of invoices / documents
– Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements:
– Min. GCE ‘O’ Level and above
– No experience required but applicants with experience will be in advantageous
– Bilingual in English and Mandarin so as to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
– Proficient in MS Word & Excel
– Able to start immediately or within short notice
