Job Description:
Duration: 6 months
Location: Kent Ridge
Working hours: Mon to Friday 8am-630pm, 8am to 5pm/ 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Duties:
– Assist with reception work such as answer and screen phone calls, attends to walk-in visitors and guests, booking of meeting rooms, sorting and distributing incoming mails, postage, coordinate of courier service and etc
– Ensure cleanliness of reception and pantry areas
– Perform any ad hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, any field.
