Job Responsibilities:
– Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
– Collecting employment and tax information
– Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
– Orienting new employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.)
– Conducting benefit enrollment process
– Administering new employment assessments
Requirements:
– No Experience welcomed but at least 6 months or more experience in HR / Admin will be an added advantage
– Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
– Able to multi-task, work independently in a fast-paced environment and more importantly able to manage stress well at all times
