Job Description:
You will be the voice of the organization in providing high service standards to our customers.
Duties include managing of incoming and outgoing calls to handle general enquiries, assist with patients’ appointment and other hotline administrative functions; and supporting service operations.

Responsibilities include
Deliver services to our customers professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing calls
Handle general enquiries
Assist with patients’ request to arrange or change appointment
Support service operations
Handle any other hotline administrative functions

Job Requirements
Diploma / NITEC / GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent
Preferably with 1 to 2 years of working experience in healthcare industry, call centre environment and/or service related industry
