Job Description:
Jobs Responsibilities:
– Assist in inbound call handling for Accounts servicing, campaign and product enquires
– Follow through case-handling
– Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
– Min. Higher Nitec / GCE O Levels / Diploma
– Comfortable to work in a call centre environment
– No experience needed as training will be provided
– Good communication skills
– Able to work independently
Working hours: 5.5 day work week (Alternate half-day Saturday)
