Job Description
Responsibilities:
Manage site experience for platform, including the overall UX/UI of interface, targeted at driving the sites on various platforms to operate efficiently and improve overall presentation to consumers.
Drive campaign calendar, ensuring the activities monthly are driving sales and engagement.
Owns and manages the consumer content for the site: including item descriptions, photos, content and ensures that content is attractive and up to date, ready to be plugged into the site anytime.
Manage consumer content for the site (eg. Item descriptions, photos, content etc) and ensure that updated content is ready to be uploaded into the site anytime.
Manager overall consumer experience in engaging with company’s digital platforms and design features.
Supervise a team of content designers and site managers.
Liaise with Mainland China based development team.
Monitor and reporting of KPI achievements and post campaign analysis for data-driven decision making.
Ensure best consumer experience on site.
Identify and resolve obstacles with stakeholders to ensure decisions will drive best business outcomes.

Requirements:
Candidate should possess 5 years of e-commerce platform experience.
Possess 2 years of supervisory experience.
Proficient in UX/UI management on apps.
Familiarity with UX/ UI management on apps, preferably on ecommerce platforms.
Have experience and expertise in managing digital content (description) with local SG insight, best to have local market experience.
Good commercial background with demonstrated key people skills to influence, partner, and drive performance with various stakeholders.
