Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Drives and owns the sales & performance of e-commerce platform, ensuring improving performance on the daily sales, repeat purchase, item competitiveness of the site.
Pick and drive star hero products based on customer profiles, seasonality and other factors.
Drive decision based on analysing data from past campaigns, CRM, loyalty data etc.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to perform item forecasting, ecommerce packaging, sourcing for good deals, feedback campaign performance and suggesting future campaigns.
Working closely with internal stakeholders for visual improvements on platforms.
Supervise a team of merchandisers.

Requirements:
Candidate should possess 5 years working experience in similar function.
In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry.
Background of supermarket/ retail merchandising, and has a very good sense of the company’s portfolio and item strength vs competitors.
Able to work in a fast paced environment.
Results oriented to drive results from the team.
Analytical and able to leverage data to make decisions, pre/ during/ post campaign
