Job description
Customer Service cum Receptionist (5 months / START IMMEDIATE)
Working Hours : Monday to Friday 8:15am – 5:45pm (1hour lunch break)
Salary Range : $1800 – $2000
Working Location: Jurong West
Job Description:
Front desk duties – attending to email, phone, and walk-in customers’ enquiries
Responsible for customers’ appointment schedule, inquiries, and complaints on products servicing
Work closely with Technical Service Department to manage products sent in for servicing (compilation of service report, update and maintain service records & status, preparation of service quotations, etc.)
Responsible for incoming and outgoing mails & parcels
Liaise with external travel agency to manage and support Management’s travel booking
Other administrative duties and office support
Requirements:
Minimum O level or at least 1 year of related working experience in front desk and office administration or customer service.
Possess a Diploma with entry level are welcome to apply, on training provided.
Bilingual in English and Chinese as need to deal with mandarin speaking customers.
Pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent team player with positive attitude and customer service oriented.
Able to start IMMEDIATELY
