Job Description
Our client is a MNC in the Retail industry. The role will be responsible for the development, implementation and administration of the full spectrum of Human Resources function.

Job Responsibilities
Develop Human Resources strategic goals, programs and processes and maintain full strategic responsibility for activities.
Provide strategic & tactical advice to executive leadership on succession planning,superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design, and change management.
Drive HR transformation in positioning human resources as a business partner in the organization to ensure all people-related initiatives align with business goals.
Develop, enhance and implement appropriate HR policies and programs to facilitate optimal performance of all employees.
Lead, coach, mentor and build the capabilities of HR team to be operationally strong.
Partner with executive leadership and key operations leaders on the development of a workforce strategy and executable plan
Develop talent management strategies to identify, develop and retain critical talents to build talent pipeline with the objective of meeting staffing needs and facilitates succession planning.
Act as the key advisor on all employee relations issues and effectively communicate to all levels of employee relation matters. Facilitate employee conflict resolution, disciplinary and grievance processes.

Requirements
Degree in human resources, and or equivalent.
At least 8 years’ of relevant hands-on managerial experience across full spectrum of HR function
Possess regional HR experiences
Experience in Retail background preferred.
Good track record of leading HR teams in a fast-paced organisation with excellent leadership skill, outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt, navigate and drive towards impact in ambiguous or changing situations with resilience.
Strong working knowledge of local employment market, practices and labour laws
