Roles & Responsibilities
Location: West Coast / Clementi, Singapore

Job Description
The Accountant will be responsible for handling the full spectrum of accounting functions for the clinic, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with Singapore accounting and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations)
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage GST submissions and claims
• Handle tax filing, including corporate tax computations and liaison with tax agents/auditors
• Maintain accurate accounting records using Xero accounting software
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial planning
• Perform other ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties as required

Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in full set accounting
• Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software (mandatory)
• Familiar with GST regulations and tax filing in Singapore
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in SME or healthcare/veterinary industry is an advantage
