We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse or Senior Registered Nurse who thrives in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. In this role, you will work closely with our doctors to deliver high-quality clinical care, manage procedures, and support patients throughout their healthcare journey.
Key Responsibilities
Provide professional nursing care and clinical support to doctors during consultations and procedures
Perform and record patient observations, including vital signs and health assessments
Administer medications, dress wounds, and carry out other nursing procedures as required
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and follow-up instructions
Manage infection control, ensure clinical areas are well-stocked, and maintain a safe, clean work environment
Assist with patient scheduling, referrals, and related administrative tasks when required
Handle patient interactions with warmth, professionalism, and discretion at all times
About You
Registered Nurse: At least 3 years post-registration nursing experience, preferably in a primary care, private practice, or specialist clinic environment.
Senior Registered Nurse: At least 5 years post-registration nursing experience, with proven leadership skills, mentoring experience, and the ability to guide junior team members.
Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and holding a valid practising certificate.
Strong clinical skills, a polished professional manner, and genuine compassion for patients.
Proficient in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and comfortable with digital tools
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Multi-lingual skills an advantage
Education & Credentials
Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognised institution
Current registration with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
Relevant certifications in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) / AED and other clinical competencies preferred
