Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Preparing and processing payments
• Reviewing and verifying all invoices to comply with financial policies
and procedures
• Budget monitoring and certification of available budget for expenditures • Reconcile accounts payable transactions and correct any discrepancies
• Monthly preparation of trial balances, profit and loss accounts and balance sheets
• Liaising with internal and external auditors
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Job Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Accounting or Finance with 1 year of relevant working experience is required for this position
• Meticulous and attentive to details
• Able to start immediately or short notice is an added advantage
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
