Job Description:
Duration: 6 months (Convertible depend on performance and headcount) Location: One north
Job Duties:
• responsible for the booking of travel and accommodation for Singapore-based: essentially a one-stop point of contact for travel related matters.
• work with the Department Senior Controller to ensure that all bookings are made in accordance with company’s policies and guidelines, and work closely with Faculty Assistants to provide efficient assistance to the faculty on all travel-related matters.
• manage faculty expectations on travel matters
• provide accurate, complete and timely processing of all flights and accommodation bookings. All travel bookings will be made with our new Egencia platform for all the bookings.
Requirements:
• Minimum diploma holder
• At least two years experience working in a travel agency managing flight bookings
• Someone with great verbal and written communication and who can work both independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable in a cross-cultural environment with a positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and well-organised.
• Possess excellent time management with a sense of urgency.
