Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Establish and main trusting relationships with existing clients to ensure long term business success
• Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
• Manage the collection of customer’s outstanding debts
• Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
• Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
• Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• At least 1 year of sales account managing experience
• Excellent interpersonal skill
• Able to listen attentively
• Driven and motivated
