Job Description:

mKey Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements for positions.
Understand clients’ business overviews.
Source candidates by using databases, job portal, professional social media etc.
Cold & warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for positions.
Match the most suitable candidates to positions.
Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and clients.
Warm calls to existing clients to maintain good relationships.

Requirements:
Open educational background.
1-2 years’ working experience will be preferred.
Motivated individual who is a self-starter and can work independently.
Someone who can be a good team-worker as we often collaborate our deals within the team and the Company.
Have a positive mind-set, positive working attitude.
