Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Supervise the QA team’s day-to-day activities at designated production sites
• Early involvement in product development to establish internal specifications
• Work closely with Production to ensure that product specifications are met
• Implement quality procedures and systems to comply to customer and regulatory requirements within stipulated time frame
• Responsible for timely closure of CAPP,: non-conformance investigation report (NCIR), investigations and deviations
• Generate inspection plans and inspection work instructions
• Maintain tracking and trending of various Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Requirements:
• Diploma in Manufacturing or Quality related
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience. preferably with plastic injection molding background
• Knowledge in SQC tools such as Design of Experiment (DOE), failure mode effect 8, analysis (FMEA), statistical process control (SPC), PPAP, etc.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14000. AS 9100, TS 16949 & cGMP will an added advantage • Able to work independently and willing to learn
• Able to demonstrate leadership qualities
• Able to meet all deadlines
• Self-driven and holds a positive learning attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel when required
