Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Manage payroll workload to meet operational requirements
• Processes local and regional payroll including allowances, benefits claims and statutory claims
• Handle income tax clearance for foreign employees
• Prepare payroll account reconciliations, reports and posting to GL
• Monitor and manage payroll cash book and request for fund promptly.
• Comply with statutory reporting and filing requirements like CPF and levy submission. annual income tax submission.
• Handle income tax clearance for foreign employees.
• Interpret new legislation impacting payroll and ensure compliance.
• Manage and resolve issues relating to payroll matters.
• Liaise with banks and government bodies like MOM, CFR IRAS (and their corresponding foreign counterparts for the regional payroll) where applicable
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field • At least 8 years of payroll experience with 2 years holding onto a supervisory position
• Well-versed with regional payroll processes
