Job Description:
Roles 8, Responsibilities:
• Responsible to lead a team of Accounts Executives to serve clients
• Develop, motivate and retain team members
• Handle and manage a portfolio of clients and ad-hoc assignments
• Work with Director to expand the business and engage in Business Development
• Assist in streamlining and re-engineering the business process for work efficiency • Provide value-added services and solutions that are client tailored
• Provide advice and make decisions on complicated cases
Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy or qualifications in professional accounting
• Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience in an accounting firm, preferably in an outsourcing environment
• Posses good business sense and ability to relate well with clients
• Possess proven management/leadership with technical/problem solving skills
• Possess the interest to learn/upgrade to new skills
• Proactive, analytical, committed and must take ownership
