• Creating of purchase orders & shipping documents (invoice and packing list);
• Co-ordination with suppliers, customers and forwarders, etc.
• Photocopying and scanning of documents:
• Dispatching documents by courier: and
• Filing of documents

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
