Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer order fulfillment (Sales & purchase orders, order form, etc)
Preparation of shipping arrangements & schedule of delivery
Regular update & monitoring of inventory stock movements and price record in system
Provide sales quotation to customers for standard items
Input Sales order, issue delivery order and invoice
Calculate billing for customer and monitor AR payment
Attend to all walk-in customer, email and phone enquiries
Upkeep and maintain proper filing system
Follow up on quotations, negotiate and closing of deals with customer
Handling of customer portfolio,
Customer call / visit planning for sales
Prospecting of new possible targets
Support off-site marketing events and seminar
Ensure supplier or customer contracts in the system are up to date.
Prepare bi-weekly, monthly & quarterly reports and forecast
REQUIREMENTS:
2 years working experience in sales support, customer service
Diploma in any discipline
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
Working experience in same industry is advantageous.
