Job Description:

Duration: 6 months (renewable to 1 year)
Location: Changi

Job Duties:
• Assist in entering purchase orders
• Assist in entering order confirmations (update purchase orders)
• Assist in daily incoming/outgoing product processing
• Assist in performing good receipt (GR posting) for dropshipments
• Assist with follow up of claims and discrepancies
• Other duties as assigned included but not limited to duties setup above • Assist in entering purchase/repair orders
• Assist in entering order confirmations (update purchase orders)
• Assist in daily incoming/outgoing product processing
• Assist in performing good receipt (GR posting) for dropshipments
• Assist with follow up of claims and discrepancies
• Invoicing
• Other duties as assigned included but not limited to duties setup above

Requirements:
• At least a diploma
• At least 2 years working experience in relevant field, must be independent
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
