Job Description:
Location: Bukit Merah
Duration: 1 year renewable/convertible
Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm 19am – 6pm
Responsibilities:
• Handling of incoming residential sign up or enquiries
• Handling calls, emails, what’s app and social media enquiries.
• Developing Frequently Ask Questions for the residential sign ups.
• Follow up with customers on the sign up process.
• Investigate cases and resolve consumer enquiries.
Requirements:
• Diploma Holders / GCE “A” Levels
• Excellent verbal communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
• Must be persuasive, goal-oriented and possess an energetic, professional and friendly demeanour
