Job Description
We are looking for Associate Resourcers to join our Sourcing Hub based in Malaysia:
• Persol Singapore – Japan desk
• Corporate Function
• Healthcare & Life Science
• Banking & Finance
• Engineering
• Information Technology
Main job responsibilities:
• An integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
• Understand Singapore consultant clients’ business overviews and client requirements for positions.
• Source candidates by using databases, job portal, professional social media platform etc.
• Cold and warm calls to candidates for phone screening to select the right candidates for the position. Match the most suitable candidates to the available positions.
• Coordinate interviews, facilitate and finalize agreements
• Other ad hoc duties
Requirements:
• Have 1-2 years of relevant working experiences in recruitment or human resource
• Strong passion for sales and recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, takes initiative in work and able to commit to work
• Training will be provided by our Training Academy!
• Be rewarded with an attractive monthly commission scheme!
