Job Description
Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate all import and export shipping matters (Air or Sea mode)
Ensure timely billing and Job Costing
Careful and responsible with a sense of punctuality.
Liaise with Customer, Vendors and Overseas Counterpart
Any other task assigns by the management

Requirements:
At least 2 year working experience in the Freight Forwarding Industry (Preferably strong knowledge in the Air and Sea Logistics Industry)
Good Knowledge of Customs and Shipping Documentation (AIR/SEA)
Good communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
Good Interpersonal skills
Job closing (Invoicing, costing etc.)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Power Point)
Good with Office filing system
