Job Description:
The Job
• In charge of technical & application of Additive Manufacturing (AM) Centre.
• Provide stakeholders and users technical support on AM process.
• Evaluate 3D printing feasibility and provide design consultation.
• Conduct print benchmark for evaluation.
• Provide the cost analysis & studies for enquires.
• Conduct additive manufacturing training and host trade seminar and exhibition.
• Explore new application and provide manufacturing solution for additive manufacturing.
• Define and draft process & quality plans for AM and maintain AM safety I, LI I rem. ts.
• Maintenance of AS9100 documentation.
The Talent
• With knowledge in Laser Processing / Material Processing / 3D Printing/ Mechanical Engineering. • Possess additive manufacturing skill-set.
• Proficient with Powder Bed Fusion especially, Selective Laser Melting process.
• Knowledge on using EOS machine.
• Familiar with Magics software especially support generation.
• Proficient with using SolidWorks and other engineering software.
• Familiar with Selective Laser Melting post processing requirements.
• Knowledge of machining and heat processing knowledge is an added advantage.
