The Role
• Applicants with minimally diploma or relevant qualification
• 1-3 years of HR and Administration experience
• Proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Word and other Microsoft applications
• Ability to write professionally and possess good command of English
• Commence within short notice period

Main Description:
• Manage the recruitment cycle including job posting. interview arrangement, salary proposals
• Employees onboarding processes or clearance
• Administer leave records and process all statutory claims
• Assist in application of employment work passes
• Update employess’ database, files, phone directory
• Processing of employees’ payroll
• Source for email vendors, coordiate course registration and training grant applications
• Update corporate training records and compile data for reporting
• General office management and maintenance
