Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monitoring and analyzing user requirements – ID Creation. Reset. Disable/Terminate/ Enable User.
• Processing the user requirements to an agreed scope and time scale
• Satisfying and complying with security plans, audit strategies, and Monitoring performance against agreed Service Levels.
• Responsible for maintaining all documentation completeness for audit purpose.
• Support/Resolve User access related issues/incidents
• Work with Application Owner for any Application & Access issues
• Perform periodic update of ID Admin Process & Process Manual
• Able to multitask and work in stressful environment and able to manage difficult users
• Provide daily, weekly a. monthly report
• Able to perform project management and breakdown in to manageable tasks
• Able to provide guidance and mentorship to new joiners
