Job Description:
A well known main contractor in the construction industry is looking for talent as Site Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Control of work quality. safety standards, construction methods in a design and built tunneling project as a part of Managers representative team.
• Review of design and construction methodology from construction perspective.
• Monitoring the progress of the project strictly following the permissible time parameters.
• Planning of the work and monitoring, Supervising and coordinating with client and sub-contractor.
• Monitor and ensure Inspection and Testing Plans (ITPs) to see if all the hold, approval and witness points are included
• Initiate non-conformance notice for quality related deficiencies, and monitor the non-conformances raised Monitor corrective actions and close-out.
• Periodically report to the OCM on the non-conformance trend
• Prepare daily, weekly 8, monthly work schedule and reports.
Requirements:
• Diploma, Degree in Civil Engineering or its equivalent discipline
• Open to travel around Singapore to accessible work locations
• Experience in handling MRT project
