Responsibilities:
• Post sales technical support for company’s range of products
• Analysis of fault units and conduct service repair within target TAT
• Manage product warranty and service defect ratio
• Arrange and provide service training to business partners
• Collaborate with product team and factory M addressing product quality issues and customer feedbacks

Requirements:
• Diploma in Engineering
• 3 years of experiences in electronics post-sales support in B2B industry
• Good knowledge in IP Networking
• Customer focus and able to handle customer queries confidently
• Team player and good at prioritizing tasks
