Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• process payments to vendors
• Process BO reimbursement — transport claim
• Preparing SOA and invoice to customer
• Monitor the payment status from customers.
• Follow up with customers on the outstanding payment
• Preparation of month end closing journal.
• Input invoice to PCM and accounting system
• Other duties assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• No work experience required.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
