Job Descriptions:
– Level 2 Support for multiple Java/Oracle based client facing applications (in-Office/On-Call) Client/stake holder communication
– Client/management reporting
– OnSite/Offshore coordination
– Incident/problem management
– SLA management
– Drive Left shift, right shift, CSI and transformation levers on application level
– Excellent decision making and problem solving ability

Job Requirement:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3 or more years of experience writing code using languages such as (but not limited to) J2EE, Java. PL/SQL.
• Candidates with Lead experience will be considered for Java Lead role
• Hands-on experience with Java Struts, Spring and hibernate framework would be an added advantage • Experience of one or more full SDLC for web application projects Experience in Application Servers like Websphere will be an advantage.
• Prima, Skills: Java /Oracle /Unix Shell scripting / ITIL
• Secondary Skills: Monitoring tools, Automation tools
